How do you get started? Here...

Our Foundation Program is a 2 week/6 class program to begin building a foundation of movements needed to join our group classes.  By completing the Foundation Program, members will learn the proper technique and form of all movements along with a Workout of the Day.  

Members will also receive a 1-on-1 consultation prior to the start of class where we will address YOUR goals including Lifestyle Factors such as; Diet, Sleep, Supplements, Stress, Rest and more.

What To Expect

You will attend a total of 6 group classes with others just like you - who are just starting out.  Everyone will be in the 'same boat' so-to-speak, so all you have to do is show up and our coaches will take care of the rest.

During the 2 weeks, the focus will be on the 'movements' with a heavy emphasis on form and technique - the Foundation of successful training.

Following the instruction portion of the class everyone will then participate in a 'CrossFit-style' workout.  We guarantee you will be challenged - get sweaty - and have fun.‍


After completion of our Foundation program, you will then be ready to join our group Classes that are offered 7 days a week from as early as 6am - 7pm.  You pick and choose what works for you... from the time you want to train, to the type membership you'd like to have.
