You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness level of any individual, be it a beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, everyday moms, dads, and grandparents too - because it works for everyone!
All of our group Classes are led by certified coaches that follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration. and follow this basic structure:
A coach will guide you through a warm up, followed by a Strength Lift into Strength Balancing exercises that support the main lift There is always a conditioning portion to round out the daily workout that is either intervals or circuit style.
