I began my athletic career with soccer when I was 4 years old and pursued that passion all the way to the high school varsity team. Junior year I switched over to the cross country team and competed in that at Roger Williams University. I loved the fact that running was both a social team sport and a mentally challenging individual sport at the same time. After college, I found myself bored at the Globo Gym and took a free class at the local CrossFit gym. I was sore for days and took 7 months to convince myself to join which ended up being the best decision ever! Since joining CrossFit I have made some of my best friends, competed in several competitions, and continued to challenge myself with personal goals. My greatest highlight is maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle while pregnant. Being able to inspire and keep up with Collin is the greatest motivation!
My purpose for coaching is to inspire and motivate others to improve their health and fitness no matter what their goals are. No matter what your goals are or how they change over time my mission is to help members achieve those!
