Ben began BKAthletics back in 2008. He spends each day on the gym floor training individuals, teams, and athletes to a higher level of fitness. Ben has 30+ years of experience playing and coaching professional Rugby League along with vast experience as a CrossFit athlete and coach. Ben’s passion and dedication to optimal health, fitness, and ”performance” are contagious and drive him daily.
